The underlying principles of my nutrition coaching are:
- No gimmicks, shortcuts, quick fixes, fads or bullshit
- Real food, supported by supplements if needed
- No food is banned or off-limits. You can have anything you want, you just can’t have everything you want!
- No individual food is “good” or “bad”. You must look at your diet as a whole, and look at everything in context
- We don’t have “cheat” meals. We don’t have “treats”. We have targets to hit, and we eat to hit those targets
I am a certified Nutrition Coach, with an L4 qualification in Nutrition awarded by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and an L4 certificate in Physical Activity and Weight Management for Obese and Diabetic Clients. Alongside my nutrition qualifications I hold the following core qualifications; L4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, L3 & 4 PT, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and I am an Ironman Certified Coach.
Nutrition Coaching cost:
Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes) – £50
Macro Plan & Coaching (first 12 weeks) – £200
Ongoing Coaching (per month) £40
