DB30 / 30 DAY CHALLENGE

FOUNDATION. CONSISTENCY. DISCIPLINE.

Some will look at this and say it’s too easy. The whole ethos of DB sits on the fact that we do hard things in training so that we can take on hard events and races. The true reason we do this though is not about the events, it is to be better at life than the average and be able to handle the tough stuff when it comes.

However to be able to do the tough stuff, we need a strong foundation. To be able to handle the hard sessions you have to be able to the basic shit well.

Thats the point of the challenge. It’s about doing the basics right, and consistently.

30 Days. Can you maintain your standards and hit every rule, no exceptions. You can

Daily:
✅10,000 steps
✅2 litres of water
✅30g protein before 9am
✅30 burpees a day
✅Track your food intake

Weekly
✅4 x 45 minute workouts (walking does not count). 2 must include strength training.
✅2 x 15 minute mobility/stretching sessions
✅1 Full Rest Day – walking/yoga/mobility allowed only

Avoid
❌No alcohol
❌No chocolate, cake, biscuits or crisps.
❌No Junk Food / Fast Food
